Phase2Gel Alginate is a concept born out of listening to our customers. Dental teams know what they want. They told us, we heard them.

A pseudoplastic fluid is one that abruptly decreases its actual viscosity under shear force but regains its viscosity when the shear force is removed.

This means that Phase2 mixes thick to stay in the tray, thins out when pushed up over the teeth- then regains its viscosity so it doesn't flow down the patient's throat.

Color Changing? Yes, its that too.

While Phase2 is pink, you mix and load the tray. When it changes to white, put the tray into the mouth. It will set within 30 seconds. Setting time is about 2:15. (Complete Instructions and Graphic)

Dental alginate doesn't have to cost as much as you've been paying. Phase2 is reasonably priced because you're buying it directly from the manufacturer.

Paying a 60 to 100% markup to a dental supply company doesn't make a product any better......... just more expensive.
